Our client whose offices are based in Liverpool are seeking an experienced M&E Co-ordinator to join their team. Responsibilities will include managing all M&E activities on various sites in the Northwest. Your role will involve working with the site management team to coordinate the mechanical and electrical elements of the project. You will attend site meetings, ensure the project is within programme and submit overall progress reports to the Building Services Manager.
Duties will include:
- Manage the on-site installation and commissions of all M&E activities
- Liaise with designers and contractors to develop installations and programmes
- Meeting with designers and subcontractors to ensure the construction, installation and commissioning works are developing as planned
- You will manage mechanical, electrical and sprinkler elements of live projects and tenders
You must be educated to degree level or HND/HNC equivalent and be IT literate. You will be working for a leading contractor with a proven track record of promoting from within. A competitive salary is offered along with attractive benefits.
