Corporate Legal Counsel

Our client is a growing energy firm based in Houston. Due to their success, they would like to add a mid-level corporate lawyer to their well-established legal team with the following qualifications:

1. 4-6 years of legal experience
2. Experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house for a leading corporation specifically working on complex commercial transactions
3. Membership in a state bar, ideally Texas
4. An understanding of the laws, regulations, and rules applicable to the energy sector or a related regulatory environment
5. Demonstrated ability to provide business-oriented legal advice and recommendations
6. General corporate law experience, including corporate governance, drafting of corporate resolutions, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, charters, and bylaws
