Phoenix Primary School is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the school site and premises, combining hands-on practical work with operational leadership. The role involves leading by example and supporting day-to-day site activities, with hours tailored to the school week:
- Mon 10am-6pm
- Tue-Thu 9am-5pm
- Fri 8:30am-4pm
Visits are encouraged to meet the team and pupils. The position offers a comprehensive induction, wellbeing support, a strong community, and access to Local Government.
