Phoenix School (Ofsted Outstanding 2024 and NAS Advanced Accredited) is growing, and we’re recruiting Speech & Language Therapists to join our innovative, neurodiversity-affirming therapy service supporting autistic children and young people aged 3–19 across Tower Hamlets.

Vacancies

  • Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist – Band 7 (Equivalent) - 1 vacancy | Full‑time | Permanent (Term Time + 3 weeks)
  • Speech & Language Therapist – NQT / Band 5 / Band 6 (experience dependent) - 2 vacancies | Full‑time | Permanent (Term Time + 3 weeks)

Role Focus

A leadership-focused role for an experienced SLT who is passionate about mentoring others, shaping practice and acting as the “expert at hand” across school settings.
