As a Workshop Woodworker in our manufacturing team, you’ll play a key role in helping bring this vision to life.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Woodworker to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for building high-quality timber play equipment in a workshop environment. You’ll work alongside warehouse, component and products teams, playing a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Constructing and assembling timber play equipment including play towers, mud kitchens, and climbers
- Operating woodworking and component machinery safely and efficiently (e.g. chop saws, table saws, band saws, drills, sanders)
- Working from technical drawings and design specifications to ensure accuracy
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet BS EN1176 safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Managing materials efficiently to minimise waste
- Identifying and resolving challenges during the build process
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a productive workflow
- Preparing, finishing and stocking components ahead of workshop builds
