Duties
- Provide first-line IT support to employees across the business..
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues..

- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams and Share Point..
- Help maintain company IT equipment and software inventory..
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes..
- Monitor IT systems and escalatet technical issues where required..
- Support cybersecurity best practices, including password management and device security..
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and service records..
- Work alongside senior engineers on infrastructure and cloud-based projects..
- Complete university coursework and apprenticeship training alongside your role..
