In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving continuous improvement through the software development life cycle, working on both new and existing self developed systems. Key responsibilities Perform requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, and unit testing for new and existing systems Support, maintain, and enhance our self-developed systems, including bug fixes Ensure high standards of data integrity and software quality Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver easily testable, implementable, and enhanceable software solutions Utilize internal change control systems and maintain excellent documentation Contribute to the selection and configuration of development tools Apply design principles in accordance with defined processes and standards About you The ideal candidate will be a C# Developer or Full Stack Developer with experience in the pharma or retail sectors. You should have: Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to stakeholders at all levels Experience in a C# software development role Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle Proficiency in C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio A degree in a computer science related discipline, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer qualification, or equivalent experience Experience with acceptance testing, lean/agile development techniques, and knowledge of MS SQL, MS Access, MySQL, Java, HTML/XHTML, XML, or Web Services would be advantageous.
