Phoenix Medical Supplies in the North West is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across the business. You will translate strategic priorities into people plans that drive performance, engagement and organisational capability, with a focus on Supply Chain, Operations and Group Commercial functions.

You will lead change initiatives, use workforce data to inform decisions, support talent and leadership development, and manage relationships with trade unions.
