As Senior Buyer: Own Brand, you'll be at the heart of our product strategy, working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life and deliver standout performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the long-term vision for our own-brand portfolio
  • Identify opportunities for growth through market insight and trends
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out
  • Drive new product development (NPD) from idea to launch, including formulation, packaging, and costing
  • Source, onboard, and manage third-party manufacturers and suppliers
  • Lead supplier negotiations to improve cost, margin, and service
  • Build strong, collaborative supplier partnerships with clear performance management
  • Own sales, margin, and profitability targets across the portfolio
  • Develop robust business cases for new products and portfolio changes
  • Monitor performance KPIs and take corrective action where needed
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Operations to deliver results

Qualifications

  • Experience in product, brand, or category management
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth
  • Experience leading product development and working with external suppliers
  • Confident stakeholder management across multiple functions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and action
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capability
