Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 am – 04:00 pm (10 hours per week)

We’re looking for an organized individual ready to contribute to the Transport Management Team. In this role you will support the smooth operation of our transport services by managing key administrative tasks, enabling reliable and efficient service, optimizing resources, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of holidays, transport diaries, and driver ROTAs.
- Record sickness and return-to-work documentation.
- Manage KPI reporting.
- Maintain records of drivers’ hours, mileage, and vehicle condition reports.
- Liaise with vehicle maintenance providers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in transport administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Self‑motivated and organized.
- Strong interpersonal, team‑working, time‑management and organisational skills.
