About Us

PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full‑line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We deliver a high‑quality supply‑chain service to pharmacies, GPs and hospitals. All depots are licensed by the MHRA and meet BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards. Our distribution centres operate twice daily deliveries from Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings, supported by a centralised function team.

Opportunity

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader at our Plymouth Distribution Centre. You will act as the link between supervisors and warehouse staff, providing hands‑on leadership and supervision to maintain a safe, tidy environment and meet depot service level requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, prioritise and delegate warehouse activities to meet depot service level requirements at all times.
  • Manage and control productivity within the warehouse team, ensuring achievement of contractual and internal KPIs.
  • Control all aspects of staff operations within the depot to ensure duties are carried out as required.
  • Encourage high standards of work from each employee.

Salary

£25,135.50 per annum (£12.98 per hour)

Working Pattern

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will receive a comprehensive induction from our Learning and Development facilitators.
