We are currently seeking a PharmaCo Category Development Manager with a passion for client management and a desire to create & deliver innovative B2B propositions in the pharmaceutical wholesale market.
The successful candidate will ensure we are Clients’ first choice by developing a ‘Best in Class’ approach to our Pharma Services Proposition. Constantly seeking opportunities to offer superior value and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in market share through new business acquisition, existing client growth, and strong client retention strategies.
- Lead proposition development and commercialisation efforts across pharmaceutical wholesale B2B services.
- Create an innovative Marketing & Communication Trade Plan to drive Brand Awareness, ultimately driving market presence.
- Act as the UK Pharma Services Lead, engage with wider Commercial & Business Development teams across Europe to analyse opportunities & new income streams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet commercial income targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training, support, and development to Channel Sales Teams to enhance understanding and delivery of propositions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of commercial services.

- Proven experience in building propositions, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare-related sectors.
- Strong background in selling, delivering, and managing service propositions in a B2B environment.
- Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and developing new propositions.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively across multiple departments and functions.
