Birmingham based office with some national and regional travel requirements.

37.5 hours, working core hours of 9am-5:15pm, flexibility required to meet depot needs.

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Facilitator to come join us, based at our Birmingham Depot. In this role you will take on a diverse role where you’ll be responsible for supporting the depot champions delivering colleague inductions and facilitating a range of learning sessions, including GDP and manual handling. You’ll also play a key part in supporting our Warehouse Excellence team by assisting with delivering important projects.

The heart of the role:

  • Deliver impactful operational onboarding, induction, and skills training for new starters, while spearheading refresher and multi-skilling programs to empower employees.
  • Develop and refine detailed, high-quality training materials, ensuring they are thoroughly tested, approved, and meet the highest standards to support business excellence.
  • Stay at the forefront of training advancements, using industry insights to craft innovative solutions that align with the evolving needs of the business.

What makes you tick:

  • Has experience working in a busy supply chain environment (preferable).
  • Has a background in training, mentoring or learning and development (preferable).
  • Has worked in Pharmaceuticals previously (desirable but not essential).
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite with a good basic working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
