Lead Technician – Wakefield
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 hours a day. Must be flexible to meet depot needs, with shift times varying. Salary: £45,259.50 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-skilled team of technicians.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Supervise external contractors on site.
- Coordinate security auditing.
- Manage resource planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key stakeholders.
- Maintain automation and facility systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum recognised Level 3 engineering, electrical, or mechanical qualification.
- Proven experience managing a maintenance department.
- Experience working with automated conveyor systems.
- Experience fault finding within electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Desirable: IOSH or NEBOSH.
