As a Key Account Executive, you will play an essential role in managing and developing partnerships with pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare manufacturers and supporting distribution requirements for key bodies like the NHS and DHSC. In this field-based role, you’ll handle day-to-day client queries, actively participate in tenders and implementations, and deliver on the PHOENIX proposition.
Responsibilities
- Manage Core Accounts: Act as the central interface for PHOENIX\’s core traditional wholesale clients, building and developing relationships with existing accounts and supporting new client accounts.
- Client Retention and Growth: Implement strategies to retain existing business, grow revenue opportunities, and transition clients from traditional to reduced wholesale, driving the profitable growth of PHOENIX.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to meet client needs and achieve growth goals, in addition to cross-functional projects and account implementations.
