We are seeking a Head of Distribution to lead and optimise our multisite logistics operations, ensuring cost efficiency, high performance, and regulatory compliance across our network. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic plans to drive productivity, manage cost and drive continuous improvement.
The heart of the role
- Lead and drive performance, quality, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance logistic productivity, reduce costs, and meet quality objectives.
- Manage relationships and contracts with logistic service providers (LSPs), ensuring adherence to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
- Play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of group-wide strategies and company improvement initiatives.
