Drive Innovation. Are you a commercially driven product or brand specialist ready to make your mark? We are looking for a Senior Buyer: Own Brand to take full ownership of a high-profile portfolio leading everything from product concept and development through to launch, performance, and optimisation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will shape products that customers love while driving real commercial results.
As Senior Buyer: Own Brand, you will be at the heart of our product strategy, working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life and deliver standout performance.
- Own and deliver the long-term vision for our own-brand portfolio
- Identify opportunities for growth through market insight and trends
- Drive new product development (NPD) from idea to launch, including formulation, packaging, and costing
- Build strong, collaborative supplier partnerships with clear performance management
- Monitor performance KPIs and take corrective action where needed
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Operations to deliver results
Experience in product, brand, or category management
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and action
