We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support our Supply Chain operations. This role is ideal for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys using insight, analysis and challenge to improve performance.

You’ll work closely with operational and finance teams, providing clear financial analysis, leading forecasting, and supporting month‑end reporting. You’ll highlight risks and opportunities, support investment decisions and help drive continuous improvement across the Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce financial insights on performance, trends and KPIs.
  • Lead budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting.
  • Analyse variances and support corrective actions.
  • Present clear recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Support investment appraisals and improvement projects.
  • Build strong relationships across Finance and Operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (5+ years PQE).
  • Strong financial analysis and business partnering experience.
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI and SAP desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
  • Detail‑driven, proactive and confident challenging the status quo.
