PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacy, GPs, and hospitals. All of our depots are licensed by the MHRA, and comply with BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards. We operate twice daily deliveries from our distribution centres across Monday to Friday and on a Saturday morning, and our local teams are supported by a centralised function team, primarily from our Head Office in Runcorn. About the opportunity
You will be working as part of a team in our Birmingham distribution centre, moving stock around manually and carrying out all orders effectively. You will be responsible for receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods ensuring incoming items are placed in inventory. It is essential that you have the ability to carry out manual handling duties, work as part of a team, and have a good work ethic. Experience within a warehouse environment and an understanding of health and safety regulations would be advantageous. In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
Salary £26,041.60 Per Annum
Working Pattern 40.00 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Every second Sunday 7am - 12pm
