PHOENIX Medical Supplies is looking for an Accounts Payable Reconciliation Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, working closely with suppliers and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Reconciliation: Manually reconcile purchase invoices/credits with purchase order system records.
- Credit Claims: Pursue outstanding credit claims and ensure timely collection and processing.
- Supplier Statements: Request and reconcile supplier statements monthly.
- GRNI Management: Manage Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) to ensure accurate financial records.
- Payment Processing: Raise payment proposals and vendor payments within agreed terms.
- Supplier Queries: Respond to and resolve supplier queries promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in stock invoice and credit note reconciliation.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with financial systems (preferably SAP and CSD) and Microsoft Office.
- Qualifications: Studying towards APA qualification is a plus; 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
