At Phoenix Healthcare, our Warehouse Operators play a vital role in ensuring patients across the UK receive essential medications quickly and accurately. We pick life-saving treatments for pharmacies, who then deliver them directly to the people who need them most. As a Picker, you may work across several areas of our warehouse. This role does not involve heavy lifting, but it does require you to be on your feet for the entire shift, walking between pick locations and working at a consistent pace. Weβre looking for motivated individuals who want to make a real difference β people who understand the importance of quality and speed when it comes to healthcare logistics.
Role responsibilities
- Picking pharmaceutical products using an RF scanner or through our A-frame automatic picking system
- Walking to pick locations across various warehouse zones
- Staying on your feet throughout your shift in a fast-paced environment
- Meeting performance targets while maintaining accuracy
- Supporting a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
- Working as part of a team to meet daily cut-offs and delivery deadlines
