Are you organized and ready to make a meaningful contribution? Join our team as a Transport Administrator, where you'll support the Transport Management Team. In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of our transport services by managing key administrative tasks. Your efforts will enable us to deliver reliable and efficient service to our customers while optimizing resources, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

The heart of the role:

  • Maintain accurate records of holidays, transport diaries, and Driver ROTAs
  • Record sickness and return to work documents
  • Manage KPI reporting
  • Maintain records of drivers hours, mileage & vehicle condition reports
  • Liaise with providers for vehicle maintenance
