Description:
39.5 hours per week, working between the hours of 8am and 7pm. Base rate of £12.98, plus time-based supplements totalling up to £13.18.
We’re looking for a Team Lead to come join our Wakefield Depot. In this role you will be the link between the supervisors and warehouse staff providing immediate hands-on leadership and supervision ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.
The heart of the role:
- Coordinating, prioritising, and delegating warehouse activities.
- Management of staff hours, sickness, holidays to help ensure no detriment to operations.
- To motivate and develop staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift products up to 15kg, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
