Delivery Driver - Own Vehicle in Princes Risborough

Overview

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering prescriptions to customers in a timely and efficient manner, and for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers while providing courteous and effective customer service.

In this role, you will handle important medication, so it is crucial to deliver high-quality service and maintain professionalism at all times. You will interact with vulnerable individuals within the community and should build rapport to ensure customers receive their medication when they need it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescriptions to customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records (delivery logs, inventory tracking, documentation filing)
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and build positive relationships with customers

Working terms

Total Working Hours: Casual
Working Pattern: As and when needed holiday and sick cover
Rate of Pay: £12.82ph

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need

• Full UK driving license
• Own vehicle
• Business insurance

Prior experience in customer service and delivery driving is preferred, but not required. It is essential that you comply with company policies regarding the safe transport of goods and that you maintain the security of the van at all times.
