We're looking for an experienced Production Operations Supervisor to lead our production teams and ensure the safe, efficient and compliant repackaging of pharmaceutical products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a people‑focused leader who enjoys driving performance, maintaining high quality standards and developing high‑performing teams.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of approximately 60 production colleagues.
- Coordinate daily operations to deliver production plans and achieve operational targets.
- Ensure GMP, quality, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Coach, develop and motivate Production Zone Leads and Operators.
- Work closely with Quality, Warehouse and Print teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading medium to large teams.
- Strong communication, organisational and people management skills.
- Good IT, numeracy and literacy skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
