Overview
Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering prescriptions to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring that you always provide courteous and effective customer service.
In this role, you will be handling important medication, so it is crucial that you understand the importance of delivering high-quality service and maintaining professionalism at all times. You will be interacting with vulnerable individuals within the community, and it is essential that you understand the importance of building rapport with these customers and ensuring that they receive their medication when they need it.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prescriptions and collect items from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers; provide courteous and effective customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, including delivery logs, inventory tracking, and proper documentation.
- Ensure safe and secure transport of goods in accordance with company policies.
- Support a professional image and comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
Working Details
Total Working Hours: 5hrs
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 10am - 11am
Rate of Pay: £12.32ph

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle
- Business insurance
- Prior experience in customer service and delivery driving is preferred, but not required
