Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Have you considered working in a hospital outpatient pharmacy? Rowlands Pharmacy are currently looking for an experienced NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services to work as a Pharmacy Assistant in the Charing Cross hospital pharmacy. You will participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients, healthcare professionals and Trust colleagues.
Duties will include:
- Dispensing medication on outpatient prescriptions
- Stock ordering and management
- Invoicing and financing deliveries
- All other duties associated with working in a busy outpatient pharmacy
To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates with:
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- A strong understanding of confidentiality
- The ability to handle medications accurately

- Able to demonstrate self-motivation with good interpersonal skills
