Job Title: Community Pharmacy Training Content Developer – Level 5 Apprentice

Salary: £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15
This is a Level 5 Apprentice position and a 24 month fixed term contract with the potential for a permanent role on completion of qualification.

We're looking for a Community Pharmacy Training Content Developer – Level 5 Apprentice to join our Numark team in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career while working towards a Level 5 apprenticeship qualification. You'll gain hands-on experience in digital learning design, project management and stakeholder engagement, helping to create learning solutions that support Numark members across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop and evaluate engaging learning solutions for Numark members.
- Manage assigned learning projects from planning through to implementation.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create effective content.
- Develop digital learning materials using a range of tools and technologies.
- Analyse learning data and produce reports and recommendations.
- Support learning initiatives that improve capability and compliance.
- Maintain the training platform, supporting member onboarding and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Ensure training content meets relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Help develop, test and implement learning activities.
What We're Looking For
- A-levels, BTEC Level 3 or a degree in a science subject. Biomedical Science or Pharmacology would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation and research skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- The ability to analyse data and present findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A commitment to completing a Level 5 apprenticeship.
- A full driving licence.
