The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, supporting Supply Chain operations. You’ll provide insight, challenge, and analytical support to drive performance, improve decision‑making, and deliver against strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Supply Chain teams to support strategy, KPIs, and financial targets
- Deliver performance insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and P&L/cash flow impacts
- Own rolling forecasts, budgets, and management reporting for Supply Chain
- Analyse variances and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Provide robust challenge to senior stakeholders to maximise business value
- Support investment appraisals, projects, and post‑investment reviews
- Enhance reporting (including Power BI) and promote best‑in‑class finance practices
About You
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 5+ years post‑qualification experience
- Strong background in financial analysis and business partnering in a fast‑paced environment
- Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and SAP preferred
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and driven to improve processes and performance
