About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Facilitator on our reception desk.
Responsible for Front of House, meeting room services, post room and other support services, and providing a first class service for customers, general administration, and switchboard support for calls covering the PHOENIX UK Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering, screening and directing telephone calls
Greeting visitors entering the building and directing appropriately
Ensuring knowledge of visitors movement in and out of organisation
Participate in fire marshal and alarm training and testing
Tidying and maintaining the reception area
Ensuring post is received and distributed and outgoing mail is sent out
Arranging transport as applicable
Ensuring meeting rooms are set up correctly with the requested equipment and amenities, including audio visual requirements, food and beverage requests, conference room set-ups, signage, distribution of material etc.
Providing training to employees on the use of equipment as necessary.
Supporting the compliance and data protection teams with any administrative task including monitoring and responding to the compliance email
Essential Skills/Experience:
Competent user of all MS Office Applications
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team working skills
Excellent telephone manner
Friendly & helpful
Confident and able to develop effective working relationships
Able to work with limited supervision but seek advice when appropriate
A willingness to develop and respond positively to change
