Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
Location: Runcorn, Head Office (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £28,000
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour per week

We are currently hiring a Procurement Coordinator, who will play a crucial role in managing indirect spend requirements and driving value for money across our business units. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage indirect procurement (low to medium value), ensuring cost efficiency and value for money
- Provide procurement guidance to internal and external stakeholders throughout sourcing processes
- Oversee supplier relationships, contract compliance, and performance monitoring (KPIs/SLAs)
- Support supplier onboarding and communication
- Analyse category spend, identify suitable suppliers, and support tendering and negotiations
- Maintain accurate procurement data, produce reports, and monitor key procurement metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, CSR, GDP, etc.) and support supplier onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or finance with strong financial and numerical skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service abilities
- Proficient in Purchase to Pay systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage high workloads
- Experience in cross-functional teams and multi-business unit environments
- Desirable: Knowledge of sourcing, cost and contract management, and involvement in systems implementation; demonstrates adaptability, innovation, influence, and results-driven mindset
