Rowlands Pharmacy are currently looking for an experienced NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services to work as a Pharmacy Assistant in the Pilgrim hospital pharmacy.

You will participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients, healthcare professionals and Trust colleagues. Duties

will include dispensing medication on outpatient prescriptions, stock ordering and management, invoicing and financing deliveries, as well as all other duties associated with working in a busy outpatient pharmacy.

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.

Total Working Hours: 26.5
Working Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 1 – 4 Saturday
