Role Overview: We are excited to offer an internal opportunity for a dedicated DSRS Co-ordinator to support the LEAN stock movement into DSRS on a 12 month contract. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders and stock deliveries, maintaining our high standards of safety, security, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the SRS system with precision.
- Accurately book in stock received from branches.
- Conduct quality and date checks on received stock.
- Pick orders in accordance with the SRS system.
- Dispose of out of date stock responsibly.
- Perform regular stock quality and date checks.
- Process electronic orders from branches promptly.
- Dispatch orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare and pack stock for collection and onward delivery to branches.
- Comply with all company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience:Previous experience in a warehouse environment and retail pharmacy is desirable.
