About Us:
At PHOENIX Medical Supplies, we understand the importance of delivering IT changes in a way that supports business continuity and enables innovation. Reporting to IT Project and Portfolio Manager as part of the IT Core Technology team, the Change Analyst ensures that all modifications to IT systems and infrastructure are planned, assessed, and implemented smoothly. With a strong focus on communication, risk management, and collaboration, this role is key to delivering safe, efficient, and effective IT change across all Phoenix UK operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT change management process, ensuring changes are authorised, documented, and compliant with ITIL standards.
- Coordinate change requests from multiple IT teams and manage change schedules to minimise disruption.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments, post-change reviews, and support audit readiness.
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflows using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Drive continuous improvement in change processes, supporting compliance, security, and transparency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT change management, ITSM, or a related function.
- Familiarity with ITSM/change tools (, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) and ITIL best practices.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage change calendars.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- ITIL certifications (, Change Enablement, Deployment Management) and experience in healthcare or pharma IT are a plus.
