We’re looking for an experienced Sustainability Manager to join Phoenix ME’s growing ESG team and help drive our sustainability strategy across major projects in the UK and Europe.
Working closely with clients, project teams and senior leadership, you will embed sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle, from preconstruction through to practical completion. The role will focus on delivering measurable improvements in embodied carbon and operational energy, supporting certifications such as BREEAM, WELL and NABERS, and ensuring projects meet environmental, regulatory and client requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability within the construction and built environment sectors, with 3+ years experience in building services, carbon assessment or green building standards particularly advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity to influence project delivery, shape our wider ESG strategy and support Phoenix ME’s continued commitment to a more sustainable future.
