We are offering a unique opportunity to join our Perinatal Mental Health Team in Mid Cornwall.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking consultant to provide strong clinical leadership and help shape the future of our services. Whether your interests lie in service development, research, or teaching alongside clinical practice, we will support you to pursue them.

Main Duties
- Active participation in, and sometimes chairing, a weekly multi‑disciplinary team meeting; and attending any relevant additional professional meetings
- Regular outpatient clinics and domiciliary visits
- In‑reach into local maternity units
- Engagement in child protection processes, including writing reports and attending protection conferences
- Working flexibly to respond to clinical emergencies, when appropriate
- Providing advice and leadership to the team for medication and more complex cases
- Providing clinical and medication advice to colleagues in primary care

- Four years post‑graduate experience
