Phoenix Legal Solicitors in Birkenhead is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our growing team. You will manage your own varied caseload from initial investigation through to settlement or litigation, working alongside medical experts, counsel and colleagues to progress claims efficiently.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years' PQE in clinical negligence, strong knowledge of CPR and pre‑action protocols, and excellent drafting and client‑care skills.
