Phoenix Learning & Care Group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for The Grange School in Thatcham (RG19).

You will support neurodiverse pupils aged 7–11, tailoring lessons to individual needs and EHCP outcomes within a caring, inclusive classroom.

You’ll plan, teach, assess progress, and mentor pupils with Teaching Assistants.

The role is permanent, term-time only with extended holidays, and offers training, DBS funded, and a supportive wellbeing package.
