You’ll be part of a skilled and dedicated Integrated Therapy Team, working collaboratively to support Children and Young People with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You’ll start each morning with a briefing, sharing updates and celebrating the incredible progress of the Children and Young People we support. From there, you might deliver a 1:1 therapy session, lead an engaging group activity, or join classroom sessions to offer seamless therapeutic support. Every moment is an opportunity to help a child feel seen, understood, and valued.

When you’re not directly supporting Pupils, you’ll play a key role in equipping education Team Members with the skills to better support their pupils. You’ll partner with our onsite Creative Arts Therapist to develop therapeutic approaches and attend multidisciplinary meetings with parents, Teachers, and external partners to ensure every child receives the tailored care they need. We’ll support your professional growth with clinical supervision, mentorship, and dedicated time to refine your skills, all within a supportive and nurturing environment.

A day in the life of a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist will involve:
