We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Area Manager to lead and support multiple children’s homes across the South West of England. This role is central to our mission of providing the highest standards of care, and we are looking for someone who can manage with empathy, kindness, and a genuine passion for helping others.

As an Area Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage multiple children's homes across the region, ensuring that all homes provide a consistent and therapeutic approach to care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety requirements to protect both residents and staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including social workers, families, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the financial sustainability of services without compromising on care quality.

Proven experience managing multiple children’s homes or similar services is required along with a deep understanding of therapeutic care approaches is desirable. Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory standards, and best practices within children's care. A passionate commitment to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Full driving license and the ability to travel across the South West of England.
