The Sales Manager will lead and drive all revenue generation for Preventative Health services across the hospital group and other services in London.
The role manages the Preventative Health and Appointments teams which make up the Patient Engagement Team.
This is a commercially focused leadership role with full accountability for achieving and exceeding sales targets across both individual patients and corporate clients.
They will additionally take responsibility for the London based appointments team handling all other incoming enquiries ensuring a seamless high quality patient journey from initial contact through to follow up, conversion and actual appointment.
The role is responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities, converting inbound enquiries, and building long term partnerships with organisations and referrers.
In addition, the role will own and manage the CRM system to ensure effective lead tracking, follow up, pipeline management, and conversion optimisation.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to
- Own and deliver the annual monthly and quarterly revenue targets for Preventative Health services across the group.

- Individual Preventative Health packages
- Executive and premium screening programmes

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.
- Convert inbound enquiries efficiently and effectively into booked appointments.
- Lead structured pipeline management and forecasting processes.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely follow up and conversion of all leads.
- Corporate Business Development
- Identify and secure new corporate clients for employee Preventative Health programmes.
- Develop tailored corporate packages and pricing strategies in collaboration with clinical and finance teams.
- Build long term relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, and brokers.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective corporate partners.
- CRM Ownership & Performance Optimisation
- Take full ownership of the CRM system across Preventative Health and ultimately appointment leads
- Ensure accurate tracking of all inbound and outbound leads.
- Establish clear follow up protocols and conversion workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators including
- Lead response times

- Produce regular sales performance reports for the executive team.
- Identify process improvements to maximise efficiency and conversion.
- Marketing & Promotional Strategy
- Recommend and contribute to the design of promotional activity to attract new patients.

- Support the development of new screening packages aligned to market demand.

- Take ownership of London based sales leads and enquiries.
- Engage directly with prospective patients to understand needs.
- Convert enquiries into consultations across appropriate specialties.
