Job Overview
Phoenix Hospital Group is recognised for delivering exceptional standards of private healthcare across London. We are seeking an accomplished Sales Executive to join us at our Harley Street clinics. This is a role that sits at the intersection of clinical excellence, personalised service and commercial performance. As a trusted first point of contact, the successful patient concierge sales executive will guide patients through a seamless, discreet and highly personalised journey from initial enquiry through to appointment completion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working closely with Consultants, clinical teams and senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of inbound enquiries (initially within Health Screening), ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy and attention to detail. This is not a traditional sales role. It requires a refined communicator who can balance commercial performance with genuine patient advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Personally manage and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed appointments
- Deliver a concierge-level, end-to-end patient experience
- Identify appropriate complementary services aligned to patient needs
- Implement structured follow-up and re-engagement processes
- Achieve agreed performance and revenue targets
- Produce clear, accurate and patient-focused written communications
- Maintain absolute discretion, confidentiality and regulatory compliance
- Accurately manage activity within CRM and patient systems
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven track record of success in a sales or conversion focused role
- Strong commercial awareness with a patient centred mindset
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Confident handling objections and guiding patients through decision making

9 Harley Street boasts 8 consulting rooms, 4 treatment rooms, and is home to our cardiology centre and our imaging centre which offers MRI, CT and Ultrasound scans. 25 Harley Street is home to our Pathology Services, X‑Ray and DEXA imaging services and 11 consulting rooms, further expanding the range of services for Phoenix Hospital Group. 9 and 25 Harley Street offer a quick and efficient service with appointments available to suit you and with no waiting lists. We aim to provide a prompt diagnosis and a high quality of care. Our clinics are a short distance away from Oxford Circus and Bond Street.
Required Conditions
The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references, and will also be subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorships.
