We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to come join our Wakefield Depot. In this role, you will be important in ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, ensuring we exceed our customers’ expectations. Monitoring and ensuring all operations are carried out with a high level of attention to detail, guaranteeing customer orders are fulfilled in a safe, secure, and timely manner.
The heart of the role
- Drive depot KPIs in quality and productivity while ensuring discipline, cleanliness, and optimal staffing for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee accurate order picking, stock rotation (FEFO), and secure handling of products, including credit returns and controlled drugs.
- Maintain compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Support the induction and ongoing training of warehouse employees, ensuring they are multi-skilled and equipped to meet operational demands.
In this role, you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift products up to 15kg, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
