We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic Operations Manager to join our team at Portsmouth. In this role you’ll oversee large teams, drive performance to meet and exceed KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage workloads, and lead initiatives will be key to maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. The heart of the role

- Build and maintain strong interfaces with the broader Warehouse Team, PHOENIX supply chain, and commercial functions to support vision and value initiatives.
