We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to come join us, based at Portsmouth. In this role, you’ll oversee large teams, drive performance to meet and exceed KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage workloads, and lead initiatives will be key to maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. The heart of the role
- Manage a diverse team of colleagues and influence stakeholders to achieve service and performance targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
- Lead and manage depot initiatives, driving process improvements to meet financial and operational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments, fostering involvement and commitment within the depot.
- Build and maintain strong interfaces with the broader Warehouse Team, PHOENIX supply chain, and commercial functions to support vision and value initiatives.

- Experience in Lean Methodology/Six Sigma environments (preferred).
