Location: Hybrid (Mainly working from home, in the Cannock office once a month / quarter)

Salary: Β£35,000 – Β£40,000 DoE

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exemplary level of study support to Phoenix students, creating a positive learning experience through technical guidance and encouragement.
  • Provide remote consultancy to our expanding client base.
  • Engage across Phoenix\’s social media platforms, respond to queries, post health and safety news, and support student learning.
  • Ensure all delegates receive respectful and professional support.
  • Mark mock exam papers with accuracy and offer constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of classroom and virtual health and safety training content and resources.
  • Manage email, phone, and webchat queries, and monitor the Facebook page to ensure only members are granted access and queries/complaints are effectively managed.
  • Conduct 1:1 sessions with students who require additional support.
  • Stay updated on changes to health and safety standards and legislation.
  • Efficiently plan your own diary and workload to meet service level agreements.

Essential and Desirable Capabilities

  • NEBOSH National Diploma or working towards this.
  • Membership of IOSH – CertIOSH or higher.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused.
  • Excellent IT literacy and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to manage workload effectively.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in health and safety advisory role.
  • Experience in practical health and safety work.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • To be successful in this role you must have permission to work in the role\’s location by the start of employment.
