Location and flexible working: Edinburgh. All our roles are open to part‑time, job‑share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

We have an incredible opportunity as a Senior Proposition Manager who'll be responsible for supporting a substantial transformation programme, delivering the migration of existing customer correspondence to a new technology platform.

The role: You will lead and support activity in relation to the definition, development and migration of our Adviser, Customer and Workplace propositions ensuring that they continue to meet customer and workplace client needs. You can expect to be involved in product design and build, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, risks are effectively managed and that the propositions deliver our commercial objectives. The Product work with the Proposition Workstream is aligned to the overall migration programme and will be delivered over several phases.

You will lead and manage aspects of the proposition plan, taking responsibility for investigating and providing recommendations to enhance the adviser, client or customer experience, helping prioritise activity while maintaining focus on deliverables. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs and behaviours of advisers, customers, and workplace clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing, driving and delivering propositions and projects to ensure meeting business requirements and great customer outcomes insights.
  • In depth knowledge of Financial Services including Pensions ideally gained working for a Life and Pension company.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the interconnected nature of our pension market including the different roles advisers, workplace clients (trustees, employers) and customers play.
  • Experience in supporting, motivating and empowering cross‑functional teams to identify and deliver enhancements to improve our proposition.
  • Adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects workstreams at the same time. Making decisions by considering problems from all angles, from customer outcome to commercial, risk to strategic direction.
