Job Description
Location and flexible working: Edinburgh, London or Wythall (Birmingham). All our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. Salary and benefits: £40,000 to £50,000 dependent upon experience plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role
You will have a passion for driving business success through Salesforce solutions, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our innovative team and lead the charge in optimising our Salesforce ecosystem. By collaborating with stakeholders to gather & understand requirements, you’ll customise and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet business needs
You will extend the use of Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud by implementing Salesforce solutions, flows and processes. Through managing access, profiles, security settings, troubleshooting and training you will provide high quality support to our users & enhance their experience.
To ensure we stay ahead of our competitors, you will keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies to help drive innovation.
What We’re Looking For

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator who is proficient at customising Salesforce, developing flows, reports, dashboards and training users
  • Have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models along with being proficient in creating and customizing reports and dashboards
  • Be an excellent communicator with great problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Ideally have Platform App Builder certification and previous experience working for a Life and Pensions company
