The Role:
- Lead and facilitate the Platform and DIM partner onboarding process end-to-end, with responsibility for advancing engagement with this population through close management of key stakeholders, propositional development and delivering beneficial business outcomes.
- To be successful in this role, you will be a proven high achiever who is an experienced relationship manager, comfortable managing existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities that present themselves through the continual evolution of the investment market place.
- The role requires national coverage so regular travel should be expected.
What are we looking for?
- Responsible for all aspects of generating flow opportunity through DIMs, e.g. campaign design and activity, working with the Retail Intermediary regional sales team.
- Working with DIMs to better understand the needs of the end customer through product support, including pensions, onshore and offshore bonds, as well as managing future structure changes in their businesses.
- Accountable for achieving targeted business activity. This will include meeting targets, identifying business needs, outlining our value proposition, and follow up within agreed timescales.
- Keeping client records up to date in line with this activity.
- To design and deploy achievable business plans for targeted partners, defining strategic objectives, monitoring and reporting on success.
- To be able to analyse business plans and using panel and sales MI to drive actions and future direction, to inform and evolve business plans for short, medium and longer term.
- Working with colleagues across the Group to leverage relationships and experience to achieve joint business goals.
