Join us here at Phoenix Group as a Marketing Risk & Assurance Manager to join our Marketing Risk & Operations team.

Job Type: Permanent

Location: This role could be based in either our London or Edinburgh offices with a mix of in-office and remote work. Flexible working arrangements are available, including part-time and job-share options. We will discuss your preferences during the recruitment process.

Salary and Benefits: Β£44,000 - Β£55,000 plus 16% bonus (up to 32%), private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, pension scheme, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3 volunteering days, and more.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Good business acumen and commercial experience.
  • Desirable: Project management experience.
